General research, not advice

Tamarly Research reports, Tamarly Intelligence pages, the Tamarly Newsletter and related content are general research and information published to all subscribers alike. They are not investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and they are not a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any security, fund or other financial product.

What Tamarly is not

Tamarly is not registered as an investment adviser with the SEC or any state, or as a broker-dealer, and does not hold itself out as one. It does not manage money, take orders, execute transactions or receive compensation from any company or fund it covers.

Portfolio features

When you upload holdings, Tamarly shows you the research, news and public records that relate to them. These are the same research items available to every subscriber, filtered to the names you hold. Alerts state what happened; they never tell you what to do. Tamarly does not assess the suitability of any holding for you.

The investment memo builder

The memo builder uses artificial intelligence to draft an investment committee memo at your request, from Tamarly research and the notes you provide. The memo, including any recommendation, conviction level or position size it contains, is your own work product, generated by software at your direction. It is not reviewed by Tamarly, is not a Tamarly opinion and may contain errors or out-of-date figures. Verify every figure against primary sources before relying on it.

Funds pages

Fund pages describe funds that hold or relate to companies Tamarly covers, and how those funds are generally accessed. They do not recommend any fund. Private and semi-liquid funds are generally limited to eligible or accredited investors, are illiquid and carry substantial risk. Read the fund's prospectus or offering documents and consult a licensed adviser before investing. Nothing on the Service is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any interest in a fund.

Accuracy and sources

Tamarly takes care to source every figure and dates its work, but research can contain errors and information changes after publication. Content is provided as of its publication date and is not updated unless stated. Third-party data is provided by its sources, listed in the Third-Party Data Notices, without warranty.

Research may contain views about the future. Such views are uncertain and actual outcomes may differ materially. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
