Acceptable Use and AI Policy

Last updated: 14 October 2026. This policy forms part of the Terms of Service.

These rules apply to everyone who uses Tamarly Intelligence, including its AI features, the API and exports. They add to the acceptable use rules in sections 3 and 8 of the Terms of Service.

The rules

• Use AI output as a starting point; verify figures and quotations against the linked source before relying on them.
• Do not present AI output to others as Tamarly research or as investment advice from Tamarly.
• Do not use the Service, the API or exports to train, fine-tune or evaluate AI models.
• Do not scrape, or extract data in bulk beyond the API's rate limits and your plan's export limits.
• Do not use the Service to build profiles of private individuals; the knowledge graph never holds people.
• Do not rely on the Service for sanctions or export control compliance; check official lists.
• Upload only files you are entitled to upload; do not upload special categories of personal data.
• Breach of this policy may lead to suspension under Terms section 10.
