Subscription and Billing Terms

1. Plans

Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes, which are added at checkout where required. Reports bought individually in the Tamarly Research store are sold under that store's terms and are not a subscription.
2. The Trial plan and automatic renewal
Before you start the Trial plan, you agree to the following. No payment card is needed to start. Your trial lasts 7 days from sign-up and gives Level 3 access, without report downloads. Before it ends you choose Free, Level 2 or Level 3 in Account, Plan and billing. If you choose Level 2 or Level 3, you add a payment card and that plan starts on day 8, charged then and every month after that until you cancel. If you make no choice, or add no card, your account moves to Free on day 8 and nothing is charged. One trial per person.
All paid plans renew automatically each month at the then-current price until you cancel. We send a receipt for each charge, and a reminder 3 days before a trial ends.
3. Billing
Payments are processed by Stripe. Tamarly does not receive or store your full card details. You authorise us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method for each billing period. If a payment fails, we will retry and notify you; access may be paused if payment is not completed within 14 days.
4. Changing plans
Upgrades take effect immediately, with the price difference prorated for the current period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.
5. Price changes
We may change prices. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before a new price applies to your renewal, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
6. Cancellation
You can cancel online at any time, with no call or email required. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
7. Access after you leave
Reports published while you held a paid plan that included them remain readable in your account after your subscription ends, for as long as Tamarly operates the Service. Live features such as the Wall, alerts and the memo builder end with your plan.
8. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
9. Taxes
You are responsible for taxes on your purchase other than taxes on Tamarly's income. Where we must collect sales tax or VAT, it is shown at checkout.
