About this notice

Tamarly Intelligence (the "Platform") is a research and data software platform owned and operated by Tamarly Corporation, a company based in New York, New York ("Tamarly", "we" or "us"). This notice governs your access to the Platform, including its website, applications, reports, data, dashboards, memos, exports, APIs and every other feature (together, the "Content").

By selecting Accept, you confirm that you have read and agree to this notice, to the Tamarly Intelligence Terms of Service, to the Privacy Notice, which explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information, and to the Cookie Notice, which explains how we use cookies and similar technologies. Where this notice and the Terms of Service differ, the Terms of Service prevail.

The Content is provided for general information and research purposes. It has been prepared without regard to the investment objectives, financial situation or particular needs of any person or entity.

Who may use the platform

You may use the Platform only if all of the following apply to you.

The Platform is offered to individual investors and to professional and institutional users. If you use it on behalf of a firm, you confirm that you are authorized to accept this notice for that firm and that your use complies with your firm's own policies, including any rules on research, communications and personal trading.

The Platform has not been registered with, approved by or reviewed by any government or regulatory authority. It is not intended for any person in a jurisdiction where its publication or availability would be prohibited, or would require Tamarly to obtain any registration or licence. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you, and for obtaining any approval those laws require. Tamarly may restrict or end access in any location at any time.

AI-generated content

Parts of the Platform are produced or assisted by artificial intelligence, including reports, summaries, investment memos, risk scores, translations, search answers and the outputs of any in-platform assistant. AI systems can produce statements that are wrong, incomplete or out of date while sounding confident, and they can misread or misattribute a source.

We review and grade our sources, but we cannot check every AI output before you see it. Treat AI-generated Content as a starting point for your own research. Verify any figure, quotation or conclusion against its original source before you rely on it.

Data and third-party research

The Platform draws on public and third-party sources, including regulatory filings, public registers, central banks, international organizations, statistical agencies, news outlets and research partners. Tamarly does not control these sources, and some of this information may be delayed, revised, incomplete or incorrect. It is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Research supplied by partners and other third parties reflects the views of its authors. It does not necessarily reflect the views of Tamarly, and its inclusion on the Platform is not an endorsement. Market prices and data on the Platform may be delayed and are not suitable for execution.

Country risk and digital assets

Country, political, sanctions and security assessments on the Platform, including the Risk Atlas, are analytical opinions based on public information at a point in time. They are not credit ratings, legal opinions on sanctions compliance, or travel or personal security advice. Check official government sources before any decision that depends on sanctions, export controls or physical safety.

Information about cryptocurrencies, stablecoins and other digital assets is provided for research only. Digital assets can be extremely volatile, may be lightly regulated or unregulated in many jurisdictions, and can lose all of their value.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tamarly Corporation, its affiliates and their officers, employees, contractors, licensors and content partners will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from or connected with the Platform, including your use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Content. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, special and consequential loss, loss of profit, trading loss and loss of data, whether the claim arises in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, and even if Tamarly was told such loss was possible. Nothing in this notice excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual property and permitted use

The Content is protected by copyright, trademark, database and other intellectual property rights, and is owned by Tamarly or by the third party credited as its provider. Tamarly, Tamarly Intelligence and the Tamarly logos are marks of Tamarly Corporation. Nothing on the Platform grants you a licence to any of these rights except as set out here and in the Terms of Service.

You may use the Content for your own research, and for your firm's internal purposes where your subscription allows it. You may use the export features within the limits of your plan. Unless Tamarly has agreed otherwise in writing, you may not:

• sell, sublicense, publish, redistribute or otherwise make the Content available to anyone outside your licence;
• copy, scrape, crawl or systematically extract Content by robot, spider, script or manual process to build a database, compilation or competing service;
• use the Content to train, fine-tune or evaluate any machine learning or AI model;
• frame or mirror the Platform, remove proprietary notices, or share your login credentials.

Links to other websites

The Platform links to websites, videos, filings and documents published by others. When you follow such a link you leave the Platform. Tamarly has not reviewed those websites and is not responsible for their content or for any product or service they offer.

Investment risk

All investing involves risk, including the possible loss of the money you invest. The value of investments and the income from them can fall as well as rise and is not guaranteed. Past performance does not predict future results. Changes in exchange rates can reduce or increase the value of investments held in other currencies. Governing law and contact

This notice is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in New York County, New York have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it, unless the Terms of Service provide otherwise.
