What you work with

Morning Book

What happened overnight, and which of your households it touches.

  • Risk Atlas events mapped to the households exposed, with the share of each household's assets
  • Watchtower red flags on the companies your households hold, directly or through funds
  • Reviews coming up and drafts waiting for your approval
In the app: Workflows, Wealth Advisor
Client Book

Households as private, encrypted records, looked through to what they own.

  • Import positions from a CSV or a custodian export; files with client identifiers are refused
  • Look-through of every fund to its filed holdings, countries and sectors, with the holdings behind each number
  • Drift against your model, concentration and fund overlap
In the app: Wealth Advisor, Client Book
Fund Room and models

Vet a fund before it enters a model, and keep the record.

  • Top holdings and country split from SEC filings, with Risk Atlas scores
  • The manager's SEC adviser record, with a link to IAPD
  • Model portfolios with a drift report and a change memo for each change
In the app: Wealth Advisor, Fund Room
Meeting Studio and Client Letters

Review packs and client letters drafted from sourced data, held for your approval.

  • An advisor brief and a client deck for a household in minutes
  • Explainer cards, event letters, household notes and a monthly newsletter kit
  • Recommendation wording and sentences without a source block approval; the CCO approves public items
In the app: Wealth Advisor, Meeting Studio and Client Letters
Practice

Prospects, your market and the records an examiner asks for.

  • Private raises and company sales from SEC filings in your states
  • RIAs in your states from the SEC's monthly adviser report, with a peer card
  • A compliance vault with approvers, versions and an exam export pack
In the app: Wealth Advisor, Practice

Why you can rely on it

Research, not advice

Exposures, facts and sources. The advisor, as the fiduciary, decides what to tell a client. Counsel review of this wording is pending.

Client data stays yours

Positions are encrypted, isolated by firm and adviser, never used to train a model and never shown on shared pages.

Labels, not identities

Households are labels by default; Social Security numbers, account numbers, dates of birth and addresses are refused at import.

Public records only

SEC EDGAR, Form ADV, the Risk Atlas sources and FRED. No paid feeds, no market prices.

After you sign in, open Workflows, then Wealth Advisor, and create your first household in the Client Book.
