Tamarly in Claude, ChatGPT and your own code

Ask your AI assistant about any private company, fund or country and get answers from Tamarly data, with the filing behind each figure. Or call the same data from your code with a personal key. Read only, from public records, no market prices. Your plan decides which data you get, as on the site.

Connect the MCP server

The Tamarly MCP server lives at https://app.tamarly.ai/api/mcp. It speaks the Model Context Protocol over HTTP and signs you in with your Tamarly account in one click (OAuth 2.1 with PKCE).

Claude

In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, and add a custom connector with the address above. Claude opens a Tamarly page where you sign in and choose Allow. Then ask, for example: "Which startups in California filed a first Form D this month for under $5 million?"

Claude Code

claude mcp add --transport http tamarly https://app.tamarly.ai/api/mcp

Run /mcp in Claude Code and choose Authenticate to sign in.

ChatGPT and other apps

Where your plan allows custom connectors, add a connector with the same address and sign in when asked. Apps that cannot sign in can send a personal key as a bearer token:

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "tamarly": {
      "type": "http",
      "url": "https://app.tamarly.ai/api/mcp",
      "headers": { "Authorization": "Bearer tmk_your_key" }
    }
  }
}

Create and revoke keys on My Account, API keys. Apps you connect with one click appear there as "Connector" and are disconnected by revoking them.
